We provided accounting, taxation, self-managed superannuation and independent financial planning services to businesses and individuals in the Canberra region.

The BLM Accounting Services team have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Xero. Xero have recognised this by certifying BLM Accounting Services as a Xero Gold Partner. This means that we currenlty provide bookkeeping and accounting support to over of 100 clients who use Xero in the day-to-day running of their business.

Sarah specialises in Self-Managed Superannuation administration, planning and advice, which goes hand in hand with her Financial Planning qualifications and expertise. Her experience and knowledge in these professions helps her to advise clients and create strategic proposals for their current resources, whilst gathering financial acumen, to resource themselves for the future.
Sarah joined the team at BLM Accounting in 2002. Sarah's role with BLM has grown since her start in a reception and administration role. Sarah spent many years balancing study whilst helping all of our clientele and professional staff in her many roles within this practice. Sarah has a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting (2014), Diploma of Financial Services in Financial Planning (2009) and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand since 2017.
When Sarah is not at work she enjoys amateur weight lifting and currently competes in Power lifting. Sarah enjoys supporting the live music scene in Canberra, keeps fit and loves watching most sporting events.

Isaac specialises in taxation and business services, with a broad range of clients across a large spectrum of industries. His experience enables him to provide advice and technical solutions to a large range of individuals, companies and small businesses with a variety of corporate structures with varying requirements.
Isaac joined the team at BLM Accounting in 2011. He started his accounting career with a big four accounting firm in 2007, and since then Isaac became a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand since 2011 and also has bachelor degrees in Commerce and Information Technology from the University of Canberra (2010).
Outside of work Isaac is a fanatic supporter of the Liverpool Football Club, but also supports all forms of the round ball game. Whether it’s watching the English Premier League, A-League, W-League or merely chasing the leather ball around in a variety of competitions which he participates in around Canberra. Isaac is also a dog lover who owns both a miniature sausage dog and pedigree German Shepherd.
When you contact the BLM office via phone or email, chances are you will be dealing with Catherine. With a customer-centric background, Catherine is the go-to girl for all client enquiries, as well as providing bookkeeping and administrative support to the team.
Having graduated in China with a Bachelor of Economics (2016), Catherine went on to further her studies by completing a Master of Finance at the Australian National University (2019) before joining the BLM team in January 2020. She loves the supportive environment of BLM where all members of the team work together to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
When she isn’t at work, you will most likely find Catherine exploring the outdoors with her friends, at the gym, pampering her kitten or studying.
